is located on a private ranch 25,000 acres in size, on the North-Eastern boundary of Tanzania just south of the Mara plains.  This makes it a natural buffer-zone between the Serengeti Park and farm-land, which offers protection to the many resident species of wildlife in the area, and provides a safe-haven for game such as elephant and wildebeest.

 

Klein’s Camp offers very high standard of comfort to guests in 8 tastefully furnished cottages, which are built in local rock and traditional African thatch-roofs. Each cottage has a spacious bedroom with en-suite facilities. Electricity is from solar panels.  Dining and bar facilities are in separate rondavels with commanding views of the Grumeti River Valley. Meals are prepared to satisfy the most discerning palate, and include fresh vegetables from the ranch. There is also a swimming-pool at the camp.
